What is the history of RRS?
RRS was established in February 2006. Our professional lineage dates back to 1984 through BISYS Regulatory Services and its predecessor, Securities Consultants International. In January 2008, RRS assumed most operations of the former BISYS Regulatory Services from Citi after Citi acquired BISYS. Most members of our professional staff have worked together for more than 15 years. All senior consultants bring prior experience with regulatory organizations.
Are your engagements confidential?
Confidentiality remains a top priority at RRS. We do not publish or distribute client lists. We also do not share client information with business partners or third parties. Our Consulting Services Agreement includes a confidentiality clause that governs this commitment.
Is RRS a public company?
RRS operates as a closely held private company. This structure allows us to focus on delivering high-quality, customized services. Unlike some publicly owned firms, we do not face pressure to meet quarterly earnings goals or outside investor expectations.
How does RRS bill for its services?

RRS customizes services to match each client’s needs and business model. Clients may engage our services:

  • On an hourly basis
  • Under a monthly retainer
  • Through a flat project rate

Rates vary based on the type of engagement and the level of expertise required.

Do you provide references?

RRS can provide references from existing clients with their prior approval. We typically share references after a client verbally accepts an engagement.
